The project includes the development of 8 parks in the Diplomatic Quarter in Riyadh, which was established nearly 40 years ago. The development process includes vegetation, facilities, children’s play corners and replacing them with environmentallyfriendly ones, replacing fences while preserving their identity with ancient stones, developing fountains, water utilities,and electricity.
